These regulations state that pharmacies provide:

in rooms where prescription and pharmacy medicines and homeopathic medicinal products are prepared, and in rooms used for storing medicinal products, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses, pharmaceutical raw materials and medical devices, equipment for 24-hour monitoring of temperature and humidity;
in refrigeration devices used to store medicinal products, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses, pharmaceutical raw materials and medical devices, temperature monitoring equipment.

The Regulation of the Minister of Health of April 11, 2023 extended the deadline for pharmacies to adapt to the requirements for monitoring temperature and humidity in specific rooms and pharmacy devices to 36 months, i.e. these regulations will come into force at the end of 2025.
